Support for new iniative addressing tax needs of the self-employed and small business owners. This grant includes two years of support
FeedMore $30,000
Support for the Central Virginia Backpack Program in Metro Richmond to provide weekend meals for children experiencing food insecurity and implementation of a pilot mobile pantry program in areas of greatest need
Full Circle Grief Center $15,000
Counselor stipends for grief therapy groups in Richmond City schools
Freedom House $20,000
Capacity building support to continue board  and fund raising development
Great Aspirations Scholarship Program (GRASP) $22,000
Support for financial advising services for high school seniors and their parents in four Richmond high schools.  GRASP provides scholarship and financial aid advice as well as help in navigating the system
Latin Ballet of Virginia $15,000
General operating support for the Be Proud of Yourself educational program for children.  The ballet reaches out to special needs children and those who have little or no access to cultural arts
Neighborhood Resouce Center $15,000
Support for creation of a part-time development and communications assistant position to increase unrestricted financial support for the center’s programs
Partnership for Non-Profit Excellence $50,000
Support for fund development efforts to aid in strengthening the non-profit sector and promote civic engagement. This grant includes two years of support
Partnership for the Future $20,000
Support for the Program Coordinator position and the inclusion of 9th grade students in the week-long PFF Institute, traditionally held on the campus of Randolph-Macon College.  The mission of the Partnership is to help academically motivated students experience internships during high school and attend college, regardless of their economic background
Richmond Community High School Advisory Board $66,200
Support for Minimester and Summer Orientation programs and ongoing fund development
Richmond Hill, Armstrong Leadership Program $30,000
General operating support for the Leadership Program, which identifies motivated students at Armstrong High School in grades 10-12 and provides mentoring, tutoring and other services to develop skills for careers and post high school education
Robinson Theater Community Arts Center $15,000
Support for marketing efforts and an expanded arts and cultural events calendar
Theatre IV $21,000
Support for twelve performances of the child abuse prevention play, Hugs and Kisses
Venture Richmond, 5th Street Pedestrian Bridge Project $5,000
General support for the new 5th Street bridge to increase access to Brown’s Island , the venue for many of the city’s cultural festivals and events
Virginia League for Planned Parenthood $20,000
Salary support for the manager position of the Centering Pregnancy Program, which is designed to reduce the rapid repeat pregnancy rate in Richmond
Virginia Mentoring Partnership $20,000
Support for general project expenses to provide more effective on-line training and follow-up services for  the Partnership’s volunteer mentors
